דיבורא, דבו׳, דבירא, דבירא ch. same, esp. revelation. Targ. Ez. I 24; 25 ed. Lag. דבי׳ (oth. דבו׳, some ed. בירא די, read דיבירא). Targ. Y. Num. VII, 89; a. fr. -- R. Hash. 6a הוא כלום לא ד׳ אימא I might have thought a mere word (without action) was of no effect. Ib. לדיבוריה קיימיה לא he did not substantiate his word (by an action). דיבקא, דובקא m. (דבק) joining, combination. Mal. 16b היא ד ד׳ האי Ar. (ed. דיוקא) this is merely thy own combination (that Rab's opinion was delivered in connection with the Mishnah), but kab himself recited merely a tradition (without reference to that special clause of the Mishnah).

דיגון m. (v. דגןו) storing of grain, piling up. Gitt. 47a נכרי ד׳ ולא דיגונך (the word דננך, Deut. XIV, 23 means) what thou (the Israelite) storest up (is subject to tithes), but not what the gentile stores up, opp. to וכ׳ דגנך the grain growing on thy ground (Palestine). B. Mets. 88b ד׳ בני Ms. F. (ed. גורן, v. Rabb. D. S. a. l. note 100) adapted for storage.
דיגון m. 1) (διγονος) prop. born a second time, in gen. for a second term, awice (Lat. bis). B. Bath. 164b such is the custom of that nation ד׳ לו קורין שנייה ארכן (Ms. M. דוגין) an archont in his second term is called digonos (bis, iterum consul). Ib.; Naz. 8b if one says, I vow tto be a Nazir . . . . שתים די׳ digon, he has to be a. Nazir twice in succession; Tosef. ib. I, 2 טיגון ed. Zuck. (Var. דריגוון, corr. acc.). -- 2) (by analogy with aיtpי, ׳ettavdmmaoיv) having two corners. Tosef. Neg. VI, 3 וכ׳ דיגין (בית) ed. Zuck. *דידיווי f. (reduplic. of דוי or דוע; cmp. אודייתא) the vapor room. Nidd. 67a נפל בד׳ אימר Ar. s. v. אדוותא (ed. רדיוני) I say, it (the mud) fell off in the vapor room (where she entered after the bath).
דידכי f, m. דידכאות (διαδοχη, v. דייתיכוס) relays, guards at stations. [Popular adaptation דרכ׳, as if fr. דרב.] Yoma VI, 8 (6sb) דיד׳ Y. ed.
