נגידא III. (נגירא, נגירה) f. (נגר, נגר) dragging out of the grave by necromancy. Gitt. 56b לטיטום אאסקיה בכ׳ (Ar. ed. Koh. רה . . .; oth. ed. Ar. רא . . .) he had Titus brought up out of his grave; ib. 57a top בנ׳ לישו אסקיה Ar. (ed. ישראל לפושע). Sabb. 152b בנ׳ . . טמיא אובא how could the necrommancer have brought Samuel up (if his soul was not in the grave)

נגיחותא f. (preced.) being pushed. Hull. 51b ההוא נגיחותיה קל . .. תורא an ox was thrown down for slaughter- ing, and the sound of his forced fall was heard; [Rashi גניחותיה his groaning, v. גהh.
נגינה f. (b. h.; נגן) 1) knocking, affiction, defeat. Ex. R. s. 18 (ref. to נגינתי, Ps. LXXVII, 7) השברים אני נזכרתי וכ׳ I remember the defeats &c.; שבר לשון אלא ננינתי אין n'ginathi means breaking; a. e. v. שבר I. - 2) music. Ib.
