פרוכת, פרכת f. (b. h.; פרך) curtain, (also collect. noun) curtains. Yoma V, 1אחת פ׳ אלא שם היתה לא only one curtain was there (in the Second Temple, between the Holy and the Holy of Holies). Ib. הפ׳ עם . . . מהלך he walked to the left alongside the curtain. Ib. 4; a. fr. -- P. פרוכות, פכות, פרוכת. Ib. 1 (b1b) וכ׳ המבדילות הפ׳ שתי (Talm. ed. הפרוכת, Ms. L. הפרכות) the ttwo curtains which formed the partition between . . , and between which was a space of one cubit (v. טרכסין). Shek.
