קוזמיקון m. (~~~~~~~) universal; (of a wind) extend- ing over the whole world. Gen. R. s. 24 וכ׳ אלא ק׳ לך ואין there is no universal wind (mentioned in the Scriptures) except that in the case of Elijah (I Kings XIX, 11); Koh. R. to I, 6 (not קין . . .); Y. Ber.
