Glory be to God on high,
God, whose glory fills the sky.
Peace on earth, and man forgiv'n,
Man the well-beloved of Heaven.
Hail, by all Thy works ador'd!
Hail, the everlasting Lord!
All Thy glories we confess,
Infinite and numberless.

Holy Spirit, Thee we own;
Thee, O Christ, the only Son!
Lamb of God for sinners slain,
Saviour of offending men.
Praise the Name of God most High;
Praise Him, all below the sky;
Praise Him, all ye heav'nly host,
Father, Son, and Holy Ghost.
