CONSERVATORY OF MUSIC.

The Canadian Conservatory of Music is situated on the corner of Bay and Slater streets. It offers very great facilities for musical education, as is evidenced by the successes of its pupils, among which may be mentioned the winning, for two years in succession, of the Earl Grey Musical Trophy. The institution is non-sectarian, and students of cither sex and of all ages can obtain instruction in any branch of music. The Conservatory Orchestra—under Mr. Donald Heins—is one of the best organizations of the kind in Canada. Symphony concerts and recitals are given from time to time. The musical director of the Conservatory is Mr. H. Puddicombe.
