Absalom and Achitophel (1682)
by John Dryden

This work by Dryden was first published in 1681 by Jacob Tonson. This transcription is of the 3rd edition, printed in 1682. The main difference from previous editions is the inclusion of the verses by Nahum Tate (see John Dryden: a bibliography of early editions and of Drydeniana (1967), by Hugh Macdonald, pp. 18-26).
