Cobbe, Richard, s. John, of Bristol (city), gent. Oriel Coll., matric. 4 Dec., 1705. aged 17; B.A. 1709, M.A. 1712, chaplain to the English factory in the East Indies, and built there a church at his own expense. See Rawlinson, i. fo., p. 23.
