Fisher, Captain Payne, created M.A. 22 April, 1645, of Gray's Inn 1611, captain of the life guard to Charles I. while at Oxford (son of Sir William); father of the last-named. See Fasti, ii. 86, D.N.B.; & Hearne, i. 77.
