Palmer, Julius, clerk Magdalen Coll 1542; B.A. supd. March, 1547-8, fellow 1549-53, M.A. supd. March, 1552-3 (his father sometime mayor of Coventry); master of Reading grammar school, originally a papist, became a protestant and was burned by the papists at Newbury 16 July, 1556.
