Rastall, William, s. John (1505), sent to Oxford 1525; bar.-at-law, Lincoln's Inn, 1539, treasurer 1555, serjeant-at-law 1554, and a judge of the queen's bench 1558-63; died in Louvain 27 Aug., 1565; buried in the church of St. Peter. See Ath. i. 343; & Foster's Judges and Barristers.
