Gloucester, B.A. 4 Feb., 1662-3, M.A. 1665, fellow 1665-72 from Somerset; rector of Yeovilton 1671, and of Puddimore Milton, Somerset, 1675, canon of Wells 1672, archdeacon of Wells 1684, until his death 8 Oct., 1705, aged 62; father of George 1698.
