'3' July, 1628; M.A. from Christ Church 30 April, 1631, created D.D. 20 Dec., 1642; rector of Whitchurch, co. Warwick, 1635, lecturer of St. Margaret's, Westminster, 1657, canon of Gloucester 1660, vicar of Bromsgrove, co.
