Armiger Warner), born in St. Olave's, Southwark, 5 Aug., 1640; of St. Giles, Cripplegate, London, licenced 7 July, 1679 (then a widower), to marry Mrs. Mary Robinson, of St. Dunstan's-in-the-West, London, widow; fellow college of physicians 1680.
