Willet, Andrew, matric. from Peter House, Cambridge, 26 June, 1577; fellow Christ's Coll. 1583; B.A. 1580-1, M.A. 1584 (incorporated 14 July, 1584), B.D. 1591, D.D. 1601; of Lincoln's Inn 1612, as of Herts, D.D.; canon of Ely 1584 (on the death of Thomas, his father), rector of Little Gransden, co. Cambridge, 1597, which he exchanged with Barley 1599, rector of Reed, Herts, 1613, and of Chishull parva, Essex, 1620, until his death, 4 Dec., 1621, buried in the chancel of Barley church.
