Badham, Charles, 4s. Charles, of Ludlow, Salop, Med. Doc. Wadham Coll., matric. 13 May, 1831, aged 17, B.A. 1837, M.A. 1839, incorp. M.A. St. Peter's Coll., Cambridge, D.D. 1852, created LL.D. Leyden 1860, professor of classics and logic, Sydney University 1867. pronounced to be the greatest scholar of his day; died at Sydney 26 Feb., 1884.
