Bowdler, Rev. Thomas, M.A. St. John's Coll., Cambridge (B.A. 1803, M.A. 1806), ad eundem 13 June, 1850, preb. of St. Paul's 1849, rector of Ash, and of Ridley, and vicar of Addington, Kent, incumbent of Sydenham 1834, chaplain of St. Katharine's Hospital, Regent's Park, secretary to Church Building Society 1846-56, (eldest son of John Bowdler), died 12 Nov., 1856.
