Brydges, Sir Harford Jones, Bart., created D.C.L. 15 June, 1831, created a baronet 9 Oct., 1807, assumed the name and arms of Brydges by royal licence 4 May, 1826, privy councillor 1835, ambassador at the Persian Court 1807-11 (son of Harford Jones, of Presteign, Radnor), died 19 March, 1847, See Foster's Baronetage.
