Cecil, James (Brownlow William Gascoyne), Viscount Cranborne, s. James, Marquis of Salisbury. Christ Church, matric. 8 May, 1811, aged 20; created M.A. 30 June, 1813, and also D.C.L. 10 June, 1834, then 2nd Marquis of Salisbury, lord president of the Council 1858-9, died 12 April, 1868.
