Davys, William Davys Campbell, o.s. David Harries, of Meleney, co. Pembroke, cler. Trinity Coll., matric. 4 Nov., 1830, then aged 18; bar.-at-law, Middle Temple, 1836, assumed the additional surname of Davys 1832, and that of Campbell in 1847, of Neuadd-fawr, co. Carmarthen, high sheriff 1850, J.P., D.L., Brecon. See Foster's Men at the Bar.
