Erskine, John Francis Erskine-Goodeve, of Queen's Coll., Cambridge (M.A. 1860), adm. 'comitatis causa' 19 June, 1862 (as Goodeve), declared Earl of Mar by Act of Parliament, 49 Vict., entitled 'An Act for the restitution of the ancient dignity and title of the Earl of Mar' (son of William James Goodeve by his wife Lady Frances Jemima Erskine, sister and co-heir of John Francis Miller, 25th Earl of Mar).
