St. John's Coll., matric. 18 Nov., 1780, aged 21; bar.-at-law, Middle Temple, 1783, patent of precedence 1804 (k.c.), bencher 1804, assumed the additional surname of De Grenier (vide London Gazette 16 May, 1828), M.P. Camelford 1802-6, died 4 Jan., 1837, buried in the Temple Church.
