Hill, Lord Arthur; created D.C.L. 11 June, 1834 (2s. Arthur, 2nd Marquis of Downshire), M.P. co. Down, Feb., 1817, until the death of his mother, 1 Aug., 1836, when he succeeded as 2nd Lord Sandys, he died 16 July, 1860. See Foster's Peerage.
