Hills, Philip, s. Thomas Astle, of Battersea, Surrey, arm. Christ Church, matric. 12 July, 1785, aged 17; B.A. 1790, M.A. 1792, of Colne Park, Essex, assumed the surname of Hills in lieu of Astle by royal licence g Jan., 1790, died 8 April, 1830.
