Hurt, (now Edge), James Thomas, 1s. James (Hurt), of Overseale, co. Leicester, arm. Christ Church, matric. 4 June, 1846, aged 19; of Strelley Hall, Notts, high sheriff 1870, sometime captain royal Sherwood foresters, assumed the name of Edge in lieu of Hurt by royal licence 10 Oct., 1848.
