James, William Evan, 3s. Enoch James, of Llandyssil, co. Cardigan, cler. Jesus Coll., matric. 15 March, 1849, aged 17; B.A. 1852, M.A. 1855, vice-principal of Carmarthen Trinity College 1853, archdeacon of Carmarthen and preb. of St. David's 1879, vicar of Abergwili, co. Carmarthen since 1861.
