Johnson, Rev. Arthur, s. Henry, of Shrewsbury, Salop, cler. Wadham Coll., matric. 8 April, 1813, aged 15; scholar 1813-21, B.A. 1817, M.A. 1822, fellow 1821-9, tutor 1822, Rawlinsonian professor of Anglo-Saxon 1827-9, of Rampisham Manor, Dorset, and of Hampton House, Devon, assumed the additional final surname of Daniel, and died 12 Dec., 1853.
