Lewis, (Sir) Thomas Frankland (Bart.), s. John, of St. George's, Bloomsbury, Middlesex, arm. Christ Church, matric. 24 April, 1798, aged 17; M.P. Beaumaris 1812-26, Ennis 1826-8, co. Radnor 1828-35, and Radnor (borough) 1847-55, on revenue commission 1821, 1822-5, joint secretary of the Treasury 1827, privy councillor 1828, vice-president Board of Trade 1828, treasurer of Navy 1830, commissioner of Poor Laws 1834-9, created a baronet 11 July, 1846, died 22 Jan., 1855.
