Lieven, Count, created D.C.L. 15 June, 1814, D.C.L. by diploma next day, ambassador extraordinary and minister plenipotentiary from the Emperor of Russia at the Court of St. James's 1812-34, governor to the Grand Duke Alexander, of Russia, 1834, created a prince of the Russian empire, died 10th and buried at Rome 12 Jan., 1839.
