Lowe, (Sir) Drury Curzon (Drury) k.c.b., 2s. William Drury, of Aston, co. Derby, arm. Corpus Christi Coll., matric. 20 March, 1849, aged 19; major-general in the army, served in the Crimea and Indian Mutiny, commanded 17th lancers in Zulu War 1879, and cavalry brigade in South Africa 1881-2, and in Egypt 1882, K.C.B. 17 Nov., 1882.
