Lushington, Stephen, s. Stephen, of Marylebone, Middlesex, baronet. Christ Church, matric. 26 Oct., 1797, aged 15; fellow All Souls' Coll. until 1821, B.A. 1802, M.A. 1806, B.C.L. 1807, D.C.L. 1808, bar.-at-law, Inner Temple, 1806, an advocate of Doctors' Commons 1808, judge of the Consistory Court 1828-38, and of the Court of Admiralty 1838-67, M.P. Yarmouth, Norfolk, 1866-8, Ilchester 1820-6 & 1831, Tregony 1826-30, Winchelsea 1831, and Tower Hamlets 1832-41, a privy councillor 1838, died 19 Jan., 1873.
