Marnell, Richard, s. Richard, of St. Martin's, London, arm. Christ Church, matric. 16 May, 1804, aged 17; B.A. 1808, M.A. 1811, a student until 1816, bar.-at-law, Inner Temple, 1814, an advocate before the Supreme Court of Bengal, counsel for paupers, Calcutta, died there 2 Aug., 1838.
