Marsham, Charles, born in Westminster, s. Robert, Baron Romney. Christ Church, matric. 28 Feb., 1763. aged 18; 3rd baron, M.P. Maidstone 1768-74, Kent 1774-90, created Viscount Marsham and Earl of Romney 22 June, 1801, died 1 March, 1811. See Foster's Peerage, Romney.
