Queen's Coll., matric. 1 July, 1790, aged 16; B.A. 1794, M.A. 1797, B.Med. 1798, D.Med. 1801; F.R.C.P. 1802, physician to Westminster Hospital 1800-8, physician extraordinary to the Queen 1816, and to the Duchess of Kent and Princess Victoria 1820, died 30 March, 1835.
