Brasenose Coll., matric. 1 June, 1778, aged 16, B.A. 1782; fellow Oriel Coll., M.A. 1785, B.Med. 1787, D.Med. 1788, F.R.C.P. 1789, physician Foundling Hospital 1787-1809, and to the Middlesex Hospital 1788-1803, physician in ordinary to the Princess of Wales, buried at Speldhurst 8 Dec., 1818.
