Phipps, Pownoll William, 2s. Pownoll, of St. Margaret's, Westminster, gent. Pembroke Coll., matric. 15 June, 1854, aged 18; B.A. 1858, M.A. 1861, held various curacies 1859-71, vicar of Knapton-on-the-Hill, co. Warwick, 1871-3, rector of Upton Slough 1873-86, and of Chalfont St. Giles 1886. See Rugby School Reg., 291.
