Roe, (Sir) Frederick Adair (Bart.), s. William, of St. Marylebone, Middlesex, arm. Christ Church, matric. 17 May, 1806, aged 17; student 1800-16, B.A. 1810, M.A. 1812, of Brandish, Suffolk, bar.-at-law. Lincoln's Inn. 1816, a king's counsel of Duchy of Lancaster, police magistrate Marlborough Street 1823, and at Bow Street 1832-9, knighted 5 Sep., 1832, and created a baronet 22 Feb., 1836, died 20 April, 1866.
