Oriel Coll., matric. 5 May, 1808, aged 16; B.A. 1812, M.A. 1815, of Rainscombe, Wilts, bar.-at-law, Lincoln's Inn, 1816, and of the Inner Temple (ad eundem) 1820, Q.C. and a bencher 1837, recorder of Exeter 1835, deputy judge advocate 1842, died 19th, buried in Temple Church 25 July, 1851.
