Rowley, William, s. William, of St. Luke's, Middlesex, arm. St. Alban Hall, matric. 28 Nov., 1780, aged 38; B.A. 1784, M.A. 1787, B.Med. 1788, 'a surgeon in the king's service 1760-5,' at the siege of Belleisle and the taking of Havannah, D.Med.
