​Russell, (Sir) Robert Frankland (Bart), s. Thomas Frankland, of York (city), baronet. Christ Church, matric. 31 Oct., 1803, aged 19; 7th baronet, M.P. Thirsk in 7 parliaments April, 1815, until March, 1834, assumed the additional surname of Russell, and died 11 March, 1849. See Foster's Baronetage.
