Skinner, John, s. Thomas, of Bishopsgate, London, cler. St. John's Coll., matric. 6 July, 1770, aged 18; fellow 1770-1, lieut.-general in the army 1821, governor of the Islands of St. Martin (Martinique) 1810, and Guadaloupe 1812-16, died 10 Oct., 1827.
