St. Leger, John, 1s. John, of Dublin (city), equitis. Christ Church, matric. 12 July, 1743, aged 17; of Grange Mellan, co. Kildare (grandfather of Anthony 1825), his brother, Anthony, founded the St. Leger Stakes in 1776.
