Swinden, Samuel Francis, s. Tobias, of St. Nicholas, Rochester, Kent, cler. University Coll., matric. 12 March, 1724-5, aged 12; B.A. 1730, M.A. 1733, (as Samuel), kept a school at Greenwich, rector of Stifford, Essex, 1754, until his death 4 July, 1764.
