Thursby, John Harvey; created D.C.L. 6 July, 1759. of Abingdon, Northants (s. Robert Harvey, of Stockton, co. Warwick, bar.-at-law), assumed the additional surname and arms of Thursby by act of parliament, M.P. Wootton Bassett 1741-7, Stamford 1754-61, died 1 June, 1764, father of James 1756, and of Walter 1752.
