Tracy, John, s. John, of Swell, co. Gloucester, arm. New Coll., matric. 10 Nov., 1724, aged 18; bar.-at-law, Lincoln's Inn, 1732, cursitor baron of the exchequer 1755-73, assumed the additional surname of Atkyns, but subsequently relinquished it, died 24 July, 1773, brother of Robert 1724.
