Vivian, James William, s. John (Viven), of Bishopsgate, London, gent. All Souls' Coll., matric. 27 June, 1803, aged 18; B.A. 1807, M.A. 1810, B. & D.D. 1823, altered his name to Vivian, preacher in ordinary to the Queen 1815, minor canon of St. Paul's 1816-75, rector of St. Peter-le-Poor with St. Benet Fink, London, 1842, until his death 17 April, 1876.
