King Camp Gillette
(1855–1932)

American inventor, entrepreneur, and utopian socialist. Best known for inventing the double-edge razor, a popular type of safety razor that uses disposable blades. He wrote several books in which he advocates all industry be taken over by a single corporation owned by the public. His fourth and last work, The People's Corporation, was co-authored by Upton Beall Sinclair.
