This looks like a strong possibility for the obit of the son of this Charles Dant, it says charles was not alive in 1918. - Sidney Horace DANT - Private, 44643, "D" Coy. 8th Bn., Gloucestershire Regiment who died on Thursday, 30th May 1918. Age 18. Born Cambridge, enlisted Whitehall, London. Son of Elizabeth Ann Dant, of 20, Victoria Rd., Cambridge, and the late Charles Dant. Fromerly 537227, London, Regiment.
