How is his work in the Public Domain? Wabbit98 (9 June 2007, 6:25pm PST)

Many are not in the "public domain" but instead, they are under particular Creative Commons license(s). He discusses it here. Although, from what's posted here now, it seems his Microsoft DRM talk uses a Creative Commons license that commits it to the public domain. --Georgeryp 19:31, 29 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]
That page takes me to CC-BY-ND-NC which means it cant be used in commercial settings. The Wikisource inclusion criteria requires that we limited ourself to works that can be exploited commercially. John Vandenberg 07:33, 30 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]
