The name is rare. Identified on the basis of [1] as "assistant in a music shop", also author with Bellars of The Standard Guide to Postage Stamp Collecting, London, 1864.
[2] says the music shop was Cramer's. Bellars was another shop assistant. Charles Matthews (talk) 05:42, 10 July 2015 (UTC)
